Research on Anti-Seepage Technology of Basement in Soft Soil Area by Drainage

Abstract In recent years, the modernization process of cities has been accelerated, and scale basement construction continuously expanded. The groundwater table in southern soft soil areas is usually high, water pressure carried by floor often large, thus accidents leakage from exterior walls occur time to time, which seriously affects safety use function basement. this paper, based on a project area, method using drainage for anti-seepage treatment proposed. By placing large diameter sand-free concrete relief wells at appropriate spacing basement, seepage channeled into through play role decompression anti-seepage. practice results show that system can effectively solve problem with low cost.
